Evpatoria
Resort town Evpatoria is situated on the Black Sea Coast of the Western Crimea.
Evpatoria City Gates- it is the largest and only survived (reconstructed) of the five city gates. On the ground floor you can see the well-preserved original brickwork; there is Crimean Tatar cafe-museum “Kezlev Kavesi” and museum “Kezlev Gate” with the layout of the medieval town here. It is a good place to begin a tour of the old city.
The tour "Little Jerusalem" in Evpatoria acquaints tourists with the monument of architecture - religious monuments of the city. The program of tour includes visits to ancient religious buildings of different faiths - Orthodox, Muslim, Jewish, Karaite temple, situated on Karaite street: XVI century- the mosque Juma-Khan -Jami, Orthodox St. Nicholas Cathedral, two Evpatoriya kenasas, in appearance of which peculiarly interlaced forms of Renaissance and moslem architectures.
