‘Marble’ restaurant is the main restaurant of the ‘Yalta Intourist’ resort. The restaurant is located on the first floor of the hotel. Each morning 07:00-09:00 it opens its’ doors to the hotel’s guests for a buffet breakfast with a large variety of fresh dishes and pantry. 

7 days a week at the ‘Marble’ restaurant thematic dinners are held. Each dinner takes our guests on a gastronomic journey around the world’s best cuisines. Georgian, Eastern, European, Ukrainian, Asian, Russian, and Indian - various dishes will pleasantly satisfy the needs and preferences of each and every exigent gourmet.

CAFE "APELSIN"

‘Apelsin’ Café is located on the shore of the Yalta-Intourist’s luxurious beach and is one of the most attended places not only in the city, but the whole Crimean peninsula. ‘Apelsin’ is a landmark of a party life that attracts not only the hotel’s guests, but visitors from all around the world. Most fashionable DJ’s, incendiary show-programs under the sound of the night surf will not leave anybody indifferent. Various menu positions such as: ‘Tempura’ rolls foie gras with a berry sauce, crab lasagna and many other delicacies will become a great addition to your party.

A TAVOLA RESTAURANT

True connoisseurs of Italy, its’ cuisine and culture, should definitely try traditional Italian dishes of the ‘A-Tavola’ restaurant, such as: ‘Margareta’ pizza, ‘Minestrone’ soup or lasagna with beef stew. All sorts of pasta are made out of scratch by the restaurant’s chef. It is freshly served together with mushrooms, tomatoes, basil, chicken, mussel and shellfish. 

A variety of authentic Italian desserts will pleasantly surprise and let everybody choose from a wide selection list. Tender ‘Profiteroles’ with Bavarian cream and chocolate sauce, warm apple strudel ‘ Di Mele’ with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream, traditional Italian ‘Tiramisu’ together with a cup of aromatic coffee or tea, will be the best culmination of your meal at the ‘A-Tavola’ restaurant. ‘

AI-PETRI

Panoramic restaurant Ai-Petri is located on the 16th floor of the Yalta-Intourist hotel. Wide variety of the menu positions will satisfy the taste of the most pretentious gourmet. Tomato ‘Kachouko’ soup with Dorado, mussels, seashells and calamari, grilled tiger-prawns, with mango salsa sauce, Seabass with wild rice and tender desserts- are just few examples of the menu selection. 

With a glass of legendary champagne ‘Noviy Svet’ or well-known ‘Alushta’ port wine of the Crimean Massandra factory, you may truly enjoy the picturesque panoramic view of Yalta and a Black Sea Shore.

MOMMY’S DUMPLINGS

Feel the real flavor of the Ukrainian cuisine at the cozy restaurant ‘Mommy’s dumplings’. As a tradition, each morning we serve cheese-pancakes with different homemade preserves and a refreshing uzvar-drink. The cuisine at the “Tubeteika” restaurant will be favored by these guests who prefer the real eastern flavor. Samsa with cottage cheese, pilaw, shish kebob, oriental dumplings with lamb, lamian, oriental lamb soup, tender lulya-kebob and other traditional eastern dishes are waiting for you at “Tubeteika”. Crimean-Tataran Kutabes are the restaurant specials. You can enjoy them at all times with a filling of your choice.
